Victor Bao - President & CEO - Victor has been at the helm of Valorem Group since 2001.  Prior to joining Valorem Victor spent over 20 years working in Global Marketing.  He spent eleven years working in Europe for Creatur DMC handling all in-bound operations and Maritz as an Account Director for automotive accounts.  In the United States he was head of Marketing for Club Med's 125 global resorts.  He has held management positions at Audi, UPS and BP.  Victor also spent five years as locations consultant for CBS Television's SURVIVOR, taking teams of 400 to some of the most remote corners of the planet.

Michelle Anseeuw - Vice President Global Sales - With over 20 years experience in the Hospitality and Meetings Industry, Michelle leads Valorem's Sales business unit and is responsible for the continued growth of a greatly expanded global meetings marketplace that links Meeting buyers with more than 4,000 hotel properties and DMC's and meeting suppliers in every key market around the world.  Michelle has been with Valorem for 6 years and initially headed up Group Sales.  Prior to Valorem, Michelle was with Club Med North America's Corporate Offices as Director of Group and Affinity Sales. 

During her tenure there, the group revenue grew five-fold in North America over a 3 year period.  Before arriving at Club Med, Michelle was Director of Sales & Marketing for the Ocean Reef Club a very exclusive 4,000 Acre Private Club/Resort in the Florida Keys.  Michelle also held several sales and marketing positions with Omni, Hyatt and Embassy Suites.  Michelle is a graduate of FIU's prestigious School of Hospitality and holds a Masters in Business Administration with concentration on International Business from the University of Miami, is a CMP and is also a CHSP.    

Monica Espinosa de los Monteros - Vice President Sales & Marketing, Europe - Monica heads Valorem Group Europe headquarters located in Madrid, Spain.  For 23 years Monica has stewarded marketing and sales operations at The Warner Brothers Theme Park, Airtel Movil Telecommunications, Canon Digital Solutions, Polygram Music, and most recently The Spanish Postal Service.  She is an awarded Professor at EOI and ESIC, two of the most prestigious universities in Europe, and most recently headed the sales and marketing function of Europe's first SnowDome, and indoor ski resort in Madrid.  Monica has a Master's Degree in Economics from The University of Madrid La Complutense. 

Robert Blumberg - Managing Director, Retail Accounts - With more than 20 years experience in the travel industry, Bob has extensive knowledge and a diversified background in hotel sales, operations and marketing, air transportation, tour operations and brand management. Bob brings broad experience in Brand Marketing, turnarounds and building team driven functional business units. He has a most diversified background in the hotel, airline, corporate, wholesale and retail segments of the travel industry.

Prior to joining Valorem, Bob served as President of MarkeTrak- a hotel consulting company, as Executive Vice President, North America for Club Med, as Senior Vice President for Certified Vacations and spent 20 years with Delta Air Lines in senior management positions. Bob is active in numerous travel industry associations including the American Society of Travel Agents, USTOA and the Association of Travel Marketing Executives. He served as a Board Member for the Airlines Reporting Corporation as well as a Director of the International Airlines Travel Agent Network.    

Maria DiDonno - Sales Associate - Marie's extensive career encompasses over 20 years of in the hospitality and industry. A graduate of the University of Miami, Marie's experience includes over 10 years with Marriott Corporation as Regional Sales Manager, and several sales positions within Southeast USA hotels and cruise lines. She began her sales career as an Account Executive with a major British Tour Operator, Intasun Limited. Maria is conversational in Italian and Spanish, and has traveled extensively through Europe.

Marta I. Vargas - Sales Associate - joined Valorem Group in August 2008. Marta brings with her over 15 years of combined sales, hospitality, and customer service experience working in varied industries and companies.  Her diversity of experiences in parallel industries, products, and corporate cultures has strengthened Marta’s commitment to identifying herself with providing exceptional personalized service and build ing solid business relationships rooted in mutual collaboration and trust. Marta's sales experience encompasses some of Corporate America's Fortune 500 brands: Sheraton, American Meeting and Management, Verizon Wireless, Brighthouse Networks, and Waterford Wedgwood, among others. .

Tanya Leonard - Sales - Tanya has been with Valorem group since 2007 and plays an intrical role in the success of our team.  She works with our groups and incentives division and provides support to the sales staff in marketing, sales coordination as well as  billing matters.  Tanya is currently pursuing a degree in psychology and pre-law, at Florida International University.
